The Record Works is a great music shop with big city selection but small town prices and service. I often find records that I can't find in London (a city of nearly 400,000 people). Prices on new records are better than those of bigger cities. Record Works stocks a ton of excellent hard to find Record Store Day items too which is awesome! They are even pet friendly which is a bonus :-) I highly recommend The Record Works in Woodstock!

I wouldn't shop here again. Management are unprofessional bullies and a lot of what they are selling is used and if it doesn't work, they wont refund or replace items. My family were frequent shoppers for a while and the staff are nice but the manager and owner act like trash and intimidate customers out of being treated fairly.

Great experiences...30 years of exceptional service, The owner, Doug, works with me when I request a specific piece, brings it in, calls me back when it arrives. I truly feel as though I get fantastic value for the money spent. Great business, great selection and the best feature...the service. Keep up the good work.

The phone tech employee went out of his way to repair my phone after the department was closed, did a job well done. Highly recommend this store for phone repairs.

Great selection, always a deal waiting for you, can spend hours walking around the store. A place that you could go in daily and always find something new. Great staff always helpful, if they don't have it they can get it for you at a great price.
