Modern and clean shopping center. Open bright and spacious. Has a very interesting history that you'd never know by looking at it. Look it up sometime if you're interested.

Not a bad mall but everything is cramped in this place. For example the EB Games here is a smallest store I've ever seen in my life. And as far as cool specialty stores go it's really just mostly closing the irony is that the Seaway Mall in Welland the way smaller actually has a more varied selection of goods and stores to choose from.

I quite enjoy a stroll through the Pen Centre. There are many stores to choose from for all your everyday needs. Great deals, family friendly and an information booth to rent strollers and such. The food court & restaurants offer a wide selection of edibles.

It's my go to mall. The ultimate one stop mall. Well maintained and has always attracted great merchants. The food court and washrooms are clean and comfortable.

I dread going to this shopping centre. It is so devoid of any life. There are no fountains and hardly any music/theatre events. Sometimes they may have children's choirs but you never know when. The one good department store, Sears, is now gone. Most of the shops here are quite exclusive, nothing like what used to be downtown with Kresge's, Woolworth's and Eaton's. There used to be a nice place to get coffee just outside the bookstore but that is now gone. They should really allow buskers to play music so at least there is something other than shop, shop, shop.
