Been here multiple times for a variety of conferences. Always clean and if lunch has been provided there's been a good selection. Better signage on the second level at the top of the escalator would make it easier to find some of the rooms. Took me a bit to find 223. Washrooms are well kept during a conference and any staff I talked to we're friendly.

Went to a concert here and really enjoyed myself very clean nicely laid out and the venue itself was fantastic much better than I expected for acoustics not used to going to a concert with a carpet floor lol

I work in the events industry and often find myself working at this superb venue. The staff are great, the halls are massive without obstructive pillars. It is easy to get to and close to other Niagara Falls attractions and restaurants.

Went here for a dance competition for the second time. Ample parking at $5 a day. Clean washrooms with staff constantly working to keep them that way. You are not allowed to bring in your own food or drink and theirs we're a bit pricey with very little selection. A huge venue with tons of space. I would definitely go there again.

A great place for a large event or conference. I’ve been several times and staff are always super friendly and helpful. The space is very large and accommodates hundreds of people. The catering was yummy and the coffee/tea stations were replenished throughout the day, they were on top of it. I recommend this venue for sure.
