The great number of showing rooms at this Regal location is only offset by the uncomfortable and dated seating arrangements. I understand that it costs a large amount of investment to change the seats at a place as large as a theater, but as a consumer, it doesn't take much more driving to go to other theaters that have much better seating options that are even reservable! I suppose the convenience of a mall theater can't be beat though. If you're shopping at Destiny and feel in the mood to catch the latest release, by all means, come here. Otherwise, look elsewhere for comfy seats. Staff are usually pretty nice though! If this review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. It would be greatly-appreciated!

Typically have a pleasant experience. Throughout my 7 years living in Syracuse, the staff has done well. I noticed that my experience usually goes well because I say Please & Thank You!!! Everyone could use some kind manors. I’m hoping they update the seats to recline, similar to the “Globe” IMAX experience. I love the reserved seats as well, in RPX & IMAX, worth the money. I wish all seats were reserved!

Like any other person from Syracuse, I've had my fair share of movies here! It's convenient. You're done shopping but want to catch the newest block buster? Just head upstairs! Despite it being convenient, there's just trouble all around sometimes. It's only a few select people, but those are the ones that tend to stick out. I went to buy two tickets for Deadpool 2, and had both IDs since the other person was currently elsewhere. The girl at the ticket counter refused to give me the tickets, despite both our birthdays indicating we were both 18! She then said that she cannot sell me the second ticket unless the second person was there. Well, I waited for the second person and she still refused to sell the tickets because they had just "sold out" for the time we wanted. Left the line and came back a few hours later when it was a new shift - very wonderful people! Took the IDs with no issue and there were magically tickets left for the showing we wanted from earlier? There are people not made to have interactions with other people and that girl was one of them! She's the bad apple of the orchard of the experiences I've had here. The rest were great! Saw some Star Wars episodes, new Marvel movies, even some new horror movies with no issue - but that one girl. . .

Professional and friendly staff and service! The concession area, hallways, bathroom, theater were spotless! The emergency exits were well positioned and lit. The seats were comfy. The Star Wars movie "Solo" was a 9 out of 10! Ron Howard did an excellent job directing. A must visit place to see a great movie. P.S. The food and snacks were great also. Visit this Mall and the Regal Cinema located within.

I love this movie theater. It’s clean and has the comfy seats. The staff is always pleasant and it’s easy to find when you arrive at the mall.
