They steal your baby bonus when you give them access to take your return, i clearly stated that when i was doing my taxes this year that last year they took my baby bonus he said we don't do that i said well... it happened, he still denied it!!!!! Well i just check my bank account and guess what!!!! My damn baby bonus wasn't in the bank it comes early this month because of the long weekend!!! I am lividdddd.... again they lied i will never ever be going back to them ever again!!! Especially for how much they over charge and clearly took my baby bonus!!!

Great place to do your taxes. I have personally never had a problem, nor any of my family members :-)

Probly one of the worst experiences of my life i actually had to have the police get my mail from them because they refused to give me my returns

It's a waste of money, you can easily go to the CRA website and use their free tax return software and do it yourself. Not sure if H&R block still pushes on you the advantage card from DC bank to receive your returns but I don't recommend that either, save yourself some trouble and have it go to your bank.

Not only was it more expensive than the usual person I use, but this is the first time in the history of my taxes that my "accountant" (which I use very loosely when describing H&R's team) requested nearly $600 back due to their incompetence! Never will I do that again, never will people who ask me where I do my taxes go there and never will it be spoken with high regard to visit H&R block. You're better off getting a cat and having it do your taxes, it'll cost you less in discrepancies.
