I wish there was an option for 0 stars.. LA Nails has the WORST possible service and the least friendliest staff I have ever experienced in my 10+ years of getting my nails done. Please explain to me how someone can walk into your salon asking to PAY for your service and you tell them you are too busy and advise them to leave? How professional is to to TURN DOWN business? To be so rude not to even apologize and give an approximate timing of when the next available slot would be. (I came in at 11 AM) I am in sheer disgust and will make it my duty to advise everyone I know not to give service to such a disrespectful (for lack of a better word), business.

I had a manicure today with my sister in law and I absolutely loved everything about this nail salon! The service, the attention to detail and the quality was exceptional. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done.

1st time in the 20 yrs of having my nails done that I was told "we're too busy" in a salon with only 3 patrons. Imagine if they were like one of the busy salons!!!

Had a pedicure here a few months ago. It was fine, but their prices weren't posted anywhere and the staff wasn't very friendly. They didn't tell me that having my calluses shaved would cost extra until after it was done. Additionally, they didn't do a very good job with shaving the calluses, leaving marks on the bottom of my feet.
