This Best Buy is the closest one to my house. It is well laid out and things are easy to find. Staff is always available to answer your questions and are knowledgeable about products. I've done returns and exchanges and I'm always impressed by how easy it is. There is also a nice selection of Blu-rays and DVDs. There is also an area to purchase cell phones and they have many different carriers to choose from.

Pretty good store. Usually not too busy. Order online and pick up in store is a really great feature.

I was there for an online pick up. Wasn't busy. Customer service was fast and polite. No complaints.

The store location has always had sufficient parking for me, as well as in the winter having sufficient maintenance. As for the stock, there is a pleasing range in products and every time I've gone in for the purpose of buying something specific, I have always found it. Often the pricing is a little steeper compared to buying the same product from an online store however that is the premium of getting it immediately. The staff is a well dispersed through the store and is usually friendly and will help you locate a specific product as well as help you find the right product if you don't know what you exactly need.

The store itself is great, very large with great variety of products. I went to buy a phone, but once I had chosen my product there was no one around to help. I approached the workers multiple times was was told that they will find someone to help me in just a few seconds. After waiting for about twenty minutes no one was there to offer their help but all the workers were behind the counter just talking among themselves while myself and multiple other customers were looking for assistance. I left the store but had to return a bit later since no other store had the product I was looking for available. This time when I asked for help, I was directed to a man who specialises with phone sales. He was incredibly helpful and even took the time to talk me through the different deals and insurance policies. It would have been great to have that kind of help the first time around.
