Walked into The Source and was immediately approached by Ahmed. He made me feel very welcome right from the start asked me questions which helped me focus on which headphones i wanted to get. Ahmed was so helpful and very informative about different items around and helped me pinpoint to a pair of noise cancelling Bose headphones, which I now Love and use all the time!!! Ahmed asked me about my phone plan and offered me a awesome plan but we calculated it over a 24 month term and i would be losing money. Overall Great customer service from Ahmed, will definitely be coming back for more during Christmas.

I don't normally like writing reviews and as someone who has worked customer service and retail for a number of years I'm sorely dissapointed in the service I got today. Last week I went in to buy a product and since they didn't have it in stock they ordered it online for me. The gentlemen who did the order was super nice and explained everything well. He said it would be ready by yesterday and I would get an email when it was ready for pickup. I never got an email but I work in the mall so I decided to drop by and see if it was ready. It was ready in the store when I got it today. However, when I went to pick it up I went up to the counter and the staff that was free not only didn't acknowledge my presence but when I stop to him he replied rudely and the whole transaction was sloppy and he seemed like he didn't want to be there. At the end when I got my item I signed something he gave me the receipt and said I was all done and didn't even give me my item till I asked for it! His reactions were as if he expected me to be doing the work. I looked at his name tag and it said manager?! I honestly expected from someone with manager status they would have better customer service.
