Great atmosphere, nice staff, decent prices, and best of all funny! Good activity for couple or friends night out. $20 for shows Friday and Saturday, all comics are usually good; headliners the best. Amateur night on Wednesdays is $5 or free for McMaster students, also good comedy. Drinks and food are decently priced, can get at bar before show or at table during.

It might well be that I had built this place up a little too much in my head, but I wasn't overly impressed. The show that night was ok at best, I found the staff, while very friendly, very slow. I actually just got up and went to the bar myself at least twice. I ordered the chicken fingers which were decent, but of course pricey...not that I didn't expect that. The club itself was a little dingy, but I honestly think that's the look they are going for. All and All, I don't think it's a bad place, and (again) I readily admit I may have built it up (based on the TV shows from the 80s/90s) in my head, but I found it largely mediocre. Not bad, but not great.

It was quite a pleasant evening with a lot of laughs and before that we enjoyed a great meal. All round good times where had by all.

The act we saw was really good, however the staff there are pretty slow, show started 15 minutes late. And only one elevator to get in and out of so wait times are a bit much. The lobby is tiny as well and they take a long time to check Tickets. Food and drink prices are reasonable though.
