Beautiful store, easy to get to location, tons of parking ... The layout inside is incredible... However the service left a bit to be desired ... My husband and I walked in the front door and barely received a head nod by one of the five gentlemen standing at the front counter ... we then went into EVERY SINGLE home theater room sat down in each room for 5-10 minutes and not a single sales associate approached us ... When we made it into car audio the gentleman who was sitting behind a desk looked at us like we were disturbing him and waved us in a general direction of what we were ask for ... The staff experience was sub ... The store is awesome ... We picked out what we wanted there and based on the service went and bought it else where....

My family pooled together and bought me a radio and speakers for my van here and had them installed. They literally destroyed my van installing them. I've had plates and carpet lifting ever since from studs that were torn off during install. They disconnected the lighter power socket in the front and the radio itself isn't visible during the day. Worst purchase ever. If it wasn't for trying not to hurt my husband, SIL and kids I would have taken them to court. It's now two years later....and I still wouldn't ask them to tie my shoe....so just a quick update on this. Rick from East Hamilton Radio got back to me with a really nice response as you can see below so I contacted him immediately as he asked so that he had a chance to defend the actions of the company....you guessed it...no reply to date....it's been two weeks.

I had a great experience and service at East Hamilton Radio in Hamilton yesterday getting my stereo installed by them. Right away they fitted me in, along with my brothers truck as well. They did an excellent, and exquisite job very quick very efficient good quality work good quality service and cheaper than what they quoted you can't ask for any more I recommend them to anyone for their car audio needs. Thank you very much Tony and Andrew in the car audio department for an awesome job and excellent service. You guys will definitely see me again for future projects.

I went in with a budget and a fairly specific idea of what I needed, and the first thing the salesman suggested was what I ended up getting. And I'm happy with my purchase.

Fantastic place to get in touch with all the newest audio and video electronics, and the staff go out of their way to help. An experience that you can not get from any big box store. Go there and you'll see what I mean.
