The staff & manager at this location are next level, always willing to help, and extremely knowledgeable on the product, if you need any advice on the best electronics to get here would be the place. You got me as a regular client and I will be back to buy any electronic stuff for future, also I would recommend this place to you all guy.. 👍🏼🏆

I understand maybe phones aren’t “first priority” but to be put on hold for over 6 mins and I called on another phone and the same guy who put me on hold answers and this time asks what I’m looking for. Okay so you guys just leave customers on hold and go in no order of who called first. The guy literally sounds like he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. So he put me on hold again. How hard is it to check to see if you have something in stock??

Absolute worst customer service! After calling the store to inquire about returning a broken air conditioner, I was told to simply bring it in and it would be exchanged. After lugging it to the store, I was rudely told by Richard that the store does not do returns, that I would have to deal with Hisense directly. When I commented on the inconvenience of not having an a/c while I wait for the company to send me a new one, he responded with ‘well it’s not that hot outside.’ Stuart, the man I was dealing with, also yelled at me during this interaction. I returned home with the a/c and phoned Hisense, who told me that it IS the store who should deal with the return, and to direct the manager to phone them if there was a problem. I phoned the store back, and was told they would contact someone higher up and get back to me. Minutes later I received a call to bring the a/c BACK to the store for an exchange. I had to lug the whole thing back to the store, where I was given a new one but was forced to purchase a new warranty with the store. No apologies were made for their error. I will not be shopping here again.

Made a excellent purchase with Ken he was very polite and professional and helped keep us in our budget with the TV we wanted. i would recommend this electronics store for all your needs. Nice to see valued customer service, will do business here again. Thanks again ken for your help, much appreciated. Once more went to see Ken for another product his choice for my needs was excellent always a pleasure to see someone who delivers and can please a customer thanking for your excellent customer service 5 star representative and gets it done for you thank you.

I've gotten a few things here now, every everytime I'm there I get treated very well by everyone. Richard has been very helpfull with everything I've needed and the staff remembers me which makes me very happy. I feel if I send people here they will be treated well, and be helped better then say other stores like the brick, and best buy I will no longer be shopping anywhere else for my electronics, been told they can also get brands like palacer and other things like furniture. When I move to my house I'll be needing some new things and would love to continue to support an all Canadian company. Thank you all so much
