My most recent experience was a good one! The sales person was very helpful, and the price was right. Edit.. Being told by the cell phone reps that they aren't able to help me in the cell phone area while they sit and talk to each other is the reason this review has changed. Good job! Another edit.. Joy in customer service is probably one of the best retail customer service people I have ever met. She was very helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy doing so. Give this woman a raise!

It's a best buy, so they sell the stuff they're supposed to sell. Unfortunately I haven't had one positive interaction with a salesperson on the floor of this BestBuy. They either seem to not know what they're talking about, or they're talking to each other and ignoring the customers. If you know what you want and you know where to find it, you'll be okay. Do your research before showing up.

I think if these guys were paid on commission, the service would improve. I get why they don't do that, but the service is unbelievably bad. Serve yourself, it will be quicker and you won't be so upset by the employees watching you while they stand there and do nothing. Lesson learned, I'll find another place to spend my hard earned money. With price matching at most stores, there's no reason to return to a place where they clearly don't want your business. What a disappointment! If someone says hello to you at another store, the service will already be improved .

The store is pretty good. Prices aren't to bad. They honor their warrenties. They also have a good selection of products. I give the store a 4 and an extra star for the staff. A young man named Martin Clark earned the store an extra star. Hey was very knowledgeable, helpful and all around pleasent to talk with. That kid deserves a raise.

They have a decent selection of stuff and good inventory but plan to do your own research as the staff are not very knowledgeable about the the products they sell... Thats if they can even stop talking to each other long enough to help a customer.
