Was very clean and comfortable as far as temperatures. The seats were surprisingly comfortable, with padded bottoms and roomy enough that you didn’t feel squeezed into them like some venues. Also the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Had a real comfortable and enjoyable weekend!

Attended the convention "Be Courageous". Found the facility to be well laid out with comfortable seats, good acoustics and good # of bathrooms. Easy to find and get parked near by. Facility staff were very helpful, courteous, and professional.

My wife and I am attending the 6Hum Awards NOW Concert. What an amazing production and highly technical sound and lighting. Hum team are amazing. The opening act is fantastic!

Was at the Kevin Hart show last night. The show was fantastic. There was not a bad seat in the house. Love the venue but it is a little complicated as far as finding your section. Other major issue I had was the lack of workers at the food and drink stands. For the amount of people you are serving you definitely need to increase the amount of staff serving customers. I stood to wait for a drink for 20 minutes. Luckily there was a delay in the show starting on time otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get what I wanted.

Five star organizers but pathetic sound system. In dire need of an upgrade. Please bring noise protection.
