Greg and his staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Greg's service on my turntable was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. I am very glad to have a destination that I can visit for my high end HiFi needs. Thanks Greg and staff!!

Exceptional service. Greg will go above and beyond to serve his customers. Replied quickly to my late night emails. Smooth transactions and great knowledge.

Service is one notch above friendly and knowledgeable. Speciality audio stores like this are a refreshing alternative to the sterile experience of online or big box store shopping. Great selection of new gear, as well as used!

I bought some speaker wire + banana plugs (very pleased with the quality of both). I also purchased some connections for my Sub out (LFE). Greg took the time to walk through my set up and give me what I needed at a great price! (Student) Wood speaker stands I bought didn't hold up. Who cares, I should have bought metal. Its great to have a quality local shop.

Wanted to buy an audio receiver from them. Asked what their price was and mentioned I had seen it lower online. They were willing to match a closer price, however, when I then asked what their return policy was they replied that since I was asking about a low price and their return policies, maybe I’d be better off shopping elsewhere. I will do just that. Don’t shop here. They don’t want your business.
