Disappointed in service today. Arrived to Menchies, and the only employee working was actually sitting at a table with her friend/boyfriend socializing and eating instead of working behind the counter. I found this rather strange. I would appreciated a greeting and maybe some help in choosing my flavours but she was unavailable for any help. She rang up our bowls and I paid, then she immediately went back to the table to eat and socialize with her friend. Not friendly, little to no conversation with customers. Very strange. Will not be coming back.

Delicious and refreshing on a muggy day. Would have appreciate more fresh fruit options though.

I have been to this Kingston location several times....tonight was disappointing. It was 8pm this location is open until 10 pm. I served chocolate it came out like syrup, i threw it out. I put some vanilla then strawberry. They came out like ice very like colour or yougurt like texture...flavorless. The toppings were low and some empty. The sales girl didnt look up from her phone ask for our smile rewards. I didnt complain for the 2 servings we bought for 12.60. What a mess this place was tonight

Pricey ($20+for two half full) and despite being slow, the establishment was out of several toppings, cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and even after advising staff of empty toppings they returned to back of store and didn't re-emerge for duration of our stay.
