Highly highly recommend! These guys are amazing - they took time out to help us find the best solution for our car audio woes taking into account every option and considering our concerns. They didn't just push an option that would make them the most money and actually reassured us that we would probably be able to do a fix ourselves with minimal investment. I feel like I can trust them and I'll definitely be back!

I've been here more than once and have recommended this place to others. Staff here are honest, knowledgeable & friendly. No high-pressure sales tactics are used. I will continue shopping here for my audio/video needs.

Ingo is great - super knowledgable. They match/beat BestBuy pricing. At Natural Sound you have people trained in the product. Spent an hour discussing TV's at BestBuy. In ten minutes, I had a set picked out at Natural Sound. Ingo was able to quickly identify my needs - and elaborate on the differences between tv's above and below the set I chose. I felt like a knowledgable consumer that made an educated purchase.

Walked in and they had a cancellation and I bought a new car stereo. They installed it and set up the Bluetooth. Excellent service. And home theatre equipment,,, wow !!! They also installed my wife's remote car start. They service and stand behind what they sell. Try getting that from a big box stores. Pricing was reasonable , not sky high and out to lunch. Check 'em out , they have all your A/V needs and more.
