The staff was nice enough on the phone but, the products in this store are all very low quality compare pricing before you go most the time it isn't worth the few bucks saved to buy junk some items are same or more expansive than buying else where. The 100 water balloons that fill in 60 sec. was way cheaper at Wal-Mart for the exact same product. It's buyer beware return/warranty policy sucks sell junk and wont return your money ...

I had a problem with GRAVITTI 2.4 GHZ WIRELESS KEYBOARD WITH MULTI-TOUCH TOUCHPAD which stopped working after the 90 days warranty period ended. I called this factory direct location ant the person who answered the phone said the warranty is over but he could still help by filling a form and getting it approved from head office for an exchange or store credit. A few days later I went to the store and they refused to do as their employee said and offered me a similar unit with 50% off which means they want to sell me the same product that did not work, so I refused and they offered no other option to remedy the problem.

Good prices, honours coupons a few days after expiry but dont update website stock count properly

Generally a good place to purchase items at a discount price, if you don't mind refurbished items. Quite frequently items are not in stock in stores, so check their website first or call before you go so you aren't wasting your time (unless you like to browse like me).
