I have dealt with Linda Vos for 2 years at this location. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. My boyfriend and I got both our taxes done and we were in and out of there in an hour. She can answer any questions you have and explains everything really well. She also writes anything you need to remember or look into down on your envelope for you. I would highly recommend Linda!!

Terrible customer service. My taxes were transferred onto a Visa card after I said 5 times that I wanted it direct deposited. Waited 3 weeks to finally call and have them say the money has been sitting on this card for weeks. When I explained I couldn’t afford to bus down there with all my kids until Thursday when I got paid the manager laughed... I assume she tried to cover the phone and then denied it all. Terrible people

Over priced and under trained. I've told the cra the information they told me about my tax situation. H&R Block told me not to bother filling my unfiled taxes. Cool... I'll just wait for the CRA to send anything I might owe to collections then.

If I could give this place less then 1 star I would I filed my taxes at one of their smaller locations. Worst mistake I could have made they closed office and made me come to Kitchener without notice. Then once I arrived I had to wait because they lay off everyone after April 30th. And then they only have 2 staff members. DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE. Keep in mind this is all after paying the over 200 dollars to file my taxes. Absolutely terrible service.

Very bad place to go and file taxes. They took almost 2 hours for filing taxes, charged way more compared to other clinics, and we got a parking ticket too at the end!!!
