Without trying to get anyone in hot water I’d like to share an example of what I think is above and beyond service. I was looking for a new computer and found one in an ad from Best Buy. I walked into this location to buy my new system. After 15 minuets of not finding a single person willing to help I was getting frustrated. I went to the fella at the front door who quickly found someone to help me. I explained to this young man what I wanted to buy and why I wanted this unit. He too was a gamer and to my surprise talked me out of getting the unit I walked in for. Instead he listened and told me exactly what I needed. Best Buy didn’t sell it but he told me who. I bought what I wanted and needed according to the list he gave me. That was 4 years ago and I’ve been a very loyal Best Buy customer ever since

Very poor customer service. Asked for help 5 times and they kept saying they would 'get somebody' waited 30 minutes and still no one came to help us. Would give 0 stars if I could. It was better before they redid everything inside. Not impressed and prices seem to have gone up on everything.

Great store to shop at. Sales reps are very helpful and polite. Just go in and ask for what you're looking for and enjoy your shopping.

Geek squad service is OK, usually I don't have a lot of expectations for repair services so it's decent for me. I only rated 3 stars since the product I want isn't there and they have a very limited choice compared to US store. One good thing I'd like to mention is that the guy helped me to find the product is very nice and dedicated.
