The theatre is beautiful and the play I saw was amazing. The service is exceptional as well. There were some empty seats and they upgraded most of the people who had tickets at the gallery. They value their customers. Can't wait to go back.

What a magnificent old theatre! I love watching plays here. It's a gorgeous old building, close to Piccadilly Circus so easy to get to and just generally a lovely place. If you get the chance to see something on here I recommend it as it really is wonderful.

Me and my husband went to see Frozen and it was fantastic really gripping and the actors were brilliant. The theatre itself was clean and the seats were comfy with generous leg room. Our tickets were £20 each so pretty reasonable. We had a very good view of the stage. Very good value for money. The decor was beautiful inside gold with lovely ornate mirrors. Still get a very good view in the cheaper seats.

The staff are not great, the seating is very uncomfortable, the surtitle system broke when we were there. Over priced drinks too. Only saving grace is they refunded our money with only a little effort

We had an amazing afternoon at this theatre. Firstly, the theatre is stunning. It's in great condition and the attention to detail in all of the decor is brilliant. We went to see Frozen. A dark and intense play but with such incredible performances we were hooked from start to finish. Go now!
