Great location, amazing building and the layout is awesome. The 4d movie experience is really good, dont take little kids in though, unless they really like roller coasters. The rain is the best bit! Brilliant. Downside....price. 7 seats in the whole room were in use because you slimy money grabbing swines charge £25 per ticket!

My family and I visited the Leicester Square branch yesterday (29/05/18), to conclude my daughter's birthday. We approached the desk and booked tickets for the 4D experience on hope of watching Solo Star Wars. The Lady who originally served us made a mistake on the tickets however when we returned to the kiosk she was happy to re issue the corrected tickets. The manager was present and assisted her to do so. As part of our experience we needed to purchase 3d glasses. At first the manager proposed we were to receive the glasses free of charge, however when asked where we wanted to sit, I explained we would prefer a seat where my husband's bad leg would be situated on the left hand side closer to the aisle. The manager stated that he could not have his leg in the aisle. I explained it was not that reason why he preferred the seat. But for space as appose to being seated in between two occupied seats. The manager continued to contest her reasoning when I explained that we have visited cinemas on a regular basis and it is purely for comfort we require an aisle seat. The managers mood changed at this point and she decided to then charge us for the 3d glasses. The charge was not a problem as £4 did not make a big difference to the £70+ we was already spending. It was the un-necessary attitude from the manager to which we was presented with. It was a shame really because the other staff were so helpful and polite. My husband and I were planning to re-visit the cinema to view 'Rampage', we just don't want to be confronted with a member of staff who is not happy to perform their role taking into account good customer service.

Impressed by the cinema. Food is great. Screen and service also great. No issues here at all, will come back again

Big screen & great sound effects at the Imax. The steps are steep as you go higher. Seats are comfy & good leg space. Toilets could've been cleaner

This was our first visit to a cinema in the UK. There were video screens everywhere, running ads and movie trailers. It was really cool! The staff were all great and our seats for the premier of Solo were perfect!
