Went to see a film where we pre booked tickets.. they changed the start time to half an hour later without providing any notification in advance and it’s only when we picked up our tickets that we were informed. Also, I checked my watch and the opening credits for the movie that was supposed to start at 20:50 didn’t begin until 21:20. 30 minutes of ads! You always expect a few but half an hour... seriously??

This Vue is my new favorite Cinema in London. While it is in the city center, it doesn’t seem to get too crowded. I go almost every Monday night after work, and I have no complaints thus far. I’m amazed at how they fit those enormous cinemas into this tiny space!

Pro - The lady who served me and friends for tickets was extremely efficient in taking all our codes and dividing the total. Cons - no air conditioning despite it being 30 degrees, velvet chairs which added to the heat, uncomfortable back rest for light people who can't get the seat to lean back more. Small screens. This is the worst Vue I have ever been to

Although the price of a ticket is a bit steep, I do understand as it's in Central London. During and after the movie I did need to use the toilet but due to me having problems with my colon I asked for the disabled toilet key. Even though I may not look ill I was not judged or asked for anything apart from to return the key once finished. This made me feel more comfortable and was able to ask for it the second time without any stress 👌🏼

Comfy big seats with plenty of leg room. Good view from most chairs. Good sound quality
