My favourite cinema for nachos (as well as general cinema-going). Their nachos are basically deep fried tortilla slices - absolutely delicious! The seats are also very comfortable and offer plenty of arm and leg room. There is a cool cafe downstairs and. if you are lucky enough to be a member, a cool members' bar upstairs. Service can be a tad slow but you can always avoid the queues by collecting tickets at the machines rather than the counter.

I go here whenever I go to the cinema (maybe twice a year...) It's expensive but it's so nice that o think it's worth it. Big screens with comfortable seats. The upstairs bar is very nice. Huge range of snacks. Staff are always friendly and helpful.b

Hard to believe this was a rundown Cineworld at one point. Screen 1 was spacious, large, good sound. Seats do recline, which I'm not really for (as if people kicking my seat in regular seats wasn't bad enough) but it's alright on a quiet day.

Above average in terms of cinema atmosphere and comfort. There are sofas in the back row if you want to sit next to your companion without an armrest, they accommodate patrons who use wheelchairs or have guide dogs, and there are blankets to borrow. I've seen two movies here now and would certainly go back - they have student pricing discounts as well as discounted matinee tickets. If you're looking for a cinema experience that's a little elevated, this is the place!

I do love this place and come here all the time. The three stars are for the inferior popcorn. It smelled great coming up the escalator. Got our popcorn and it was terrible, barely warm, very stale and chewy. I've had the popcorn here loads of times and it's so much better than other cinemas. Picturehouse please check your food products for freshness , we pay a membership fee and expect exceptional popcorn! :-)
