Great traditional size and layout of theatre, great production. Gets a bit mad at interval time... Only just got served before second half started.

The buses in my area were delayed and I could not get to the theatre. I called 45 minutes before the play to say I couldn’t get to the theatre and could I come on Friday instead (there were a large number of unsold tickets). No, you have to tell us 48 hours before. Seriously. Are these people even listening? I explained I was an Australian tourist and the customer service person said “give the tickets to a friend”. Seriously, are these people listening? Then the customer service manager contacted me a day later and told me the same rubbish. Talk about poor customer relations.

Always brilliant to deal with, I have exchanged tickets no problem more than once. Really nice company to deal with and great productions. Infinitely better than the awful Ticketmaster.

Rubbish - I've been on the phone to change something about my ticket for over an hour now - half on hour of which supposedly I was the first in the queue - still no one! Really not impressed.

Great theatre, great stuff! Too bad my daughter and I could not fully enjoy the show (Mamma Mia) for some rude and abnoxious girls behinds us who talked the whole time. There were many announcements about cell phones and photos, perhaps something should be mentioned about staying quite as well, although those ignorant girls would have probably ignored it anyway.
