Was in the back row of the stalls with restricted views but to be honest the only part we missed was when Chandelier was moved up to the top! We saw phantom of the opera on a matinee showing. I am a wheelchair user and was met outside the theatre by a member of staff who showed us in through the disabled access which was completely flat apart from a small ridge at the entrance. He showed us the disabled toilets to our seating where 2 seats had been removed to accommodate my wheelchair. I have powered wheels and he offered use of an extension lead to recharge them. Amazing service. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or considerate. The show was amazing.

Had an amazing experience at the Majesty's. The guards and stewards were professional and friendly. We sat at G4 and G5 at the Royal circle. The view was satisfactory. I have wanted to see this play from since I was a teenager! And this year I got the chance to buy the tickets and take my fiancee there. I gotta say it was a good day. We even got to take a pic with one of the actors. Couldn't get any better.

Great customer service by stewardess. Loved Phantom Of the Opera. I want to go and see it again, Nice theatre. Balcony seating not enough leg room as I'm 6ft but still had a great time. Nice prices on drinks for a West End Theatre

The performance is absolutely stunning and wonderful! The theatre itself is small and quite adorable. The staff is welcoming and helpful and it is possible to purchase ice scream and snack during the interval which was quite shocking to me but made my company extremely happy. So there will always be pros and cons in the matter. Purchasing the tickets a few months in advance is advisable and it will be money well spent.

Saw phantom of the opera here. The sets were great and the way they changed scenes left me in awe. The theatre seems very organized, in the way the shuffle people in and out of each show. I was on the balcony and they let us hang out in the bar area which gave a nice view of the street and the theater inside. Loved it here!
