We had a very good experience at this theatre, one of many dotted around the West End. Although we arrived a couple of minutes late, there was a member of the box office team to greet us. He handed us our tickets and explained all wasn't lost for being slightly late - we had to wait for the first scene change before we could be let in but in that time we could sit in the lobby and watch and listen to the action on a TV screen hung up on a wall - whew! By the time the scene change happened, we were ushered to the Royal Circle where our tickets were and silently sat in very good seats looking over the main stage. It's quite a cosy theatre so even when you're in this part of the theatre, you feel close to the actors. Our seats were comfortable and the temperature was maintained at a good level too. A great experience was had with very professional staff, worthy of London's elite West End theatres. Recommended!

Difficult review to submit but seeing as I am being asked about the theatre and not the performance, here goes... The view was great, I had the end seat in the front row of the stalls. The ticket price was amazing, £10 for the play "Red" (which was wonderful). My complaints would be mainly directed at a couple of the staff, who would describe as "snooty" and the seat, which was rock hard and had no legroom. My bum was aching after about twenty minutes and my fidgeting my have been very annoying for the chap sitting behind me.

Beautiful theatre, staff are very friendly. We had our tickets upgraded for free when we collected them at the box office so we ended up having a great view of the show.

Very old school theatre with beautiful auditorium decor. Staff all very lovely. Drinks expensive but expected as next to Leciester Sq.

Lovely compact facility, well kept with an intimate feel that is preserved by the excellent sightlines in almost all seats (at least for the production of Red) even in the balcony which is the most frequent to suffer. Unfortunately the balcony is the most severely affected by the extremely noisy air handling system, although the noise from the tube lines beneath the theatre affect it less than many in the West End. At least it's small enough that the acoustics overcome it for the most part and I'm pleased that the bathroom renovations haven't gone over the top as in many venues these days.
