Lovely theatre. Very beautiful inside and comfy seats. Prices are standard for the area & London theatres. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of toilets which were clean. The stage is quite high so I'd avoid fornt 3 rows in stalls in case there are any low/floor scenes (there are a couple in HP but it didn't ruin anything for me). Do not take your own food or drink purchased elsewhere as it will be confiscated. You can take reusable bottles though.

Absolutely stunning theatre. Saw Harry Potter, and thought it was the most wonderful production. Atmosphere and acting really made the evening. We did try to sneak two tiny bottles of wine in, and the bag checkers are extremely thorough, so they did find them, hidden as they were! Lots of others had things confiscated as well, so we weren't alone. Don't bring anything good or drink you're attached to, as they will find it! I have already recommended this day out to many people. And the area it's located in comes alive at night and is super hip and fun.

The palace theatre is beautiful. It was a real pleasure visiting. We saw the cursed child which was such a spectacular show in an amazing setting. We were also really impressed by the staff who were so efficient and friendly, getting everyone in with minimal fuss even with the necessary security measures. My only criticism relates to the tightness of the seating but I guess this is due to its age. It is great to see a theatre with such good raking, ensuring a good view.

Loved the theatre, a bit hard to get to the seats that were so tight but nothing could change my mind about the fact that the cursed child was just amazing... Beautiful setting, amazing play.. if I could I would go back there again and see it all over! Definitely a must do if you're fan of Harry Potter as I am!

Went to see the Cursed Child. Fabulous performance. Definitely a 5 star performance and worth every penny. However the theatre is not comfortable for a larger person. The seats are small and my legs were jammed. It was also very warm. We were in the dress circle. The theatre itself is beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bar area is great. Would definitely go back..just maybe not in the summer!
