Very reasonably priced cinema. Picture and sound all up to par but no difference between standard and premier seating other than positioning. Would be nice to match the recliners etc that other cinema's offer but ultimately it's good value for money.

Visited on 21st July, 7:30 show to watch The Lion King in a packed theatre. On a warm summer day, there was absolutely no ventilation leave alone air-conditioning. Cinema staff on duty do not enter the hall to check on how things are going. Normally, I always stay back to watch all the credits right to the end but i couldn't get out of the cinema soon enough on this occasion. It's just as well there wasn't an incident with someone fainting. The theatre itself was like being back in the 90's with sound quality not what you would expect in this day and age.

Good cinema, best price/quality in town (if you manage to get a £7.5 ticket). I tried seats in the middle and the sides, and I can say that even if you take a seat on the side you can have a decent experience. The thing that surprised me is that even front row seats are providing good experience (I have been in cinemas around the world this is rarely the case). So I can safely say you can seat anywhere and enjoy any movie.

Excellent service- even rearranged my showtime due to me being early and it was raining outside. Staff were really helpful. Nice seating, air con and good snacks.

"Mandy" the manager was incredibly rude in front of staff and public to me. I informed her that screen 2 was really hot during the film and she basically dismissed my comments and waved me off. I cannot believe this level of customer service, I'm surprised she managed to become a manager - pun intended. I gave a star for the other staff who were great before and after the film but she soured the whole experience. I doubt I'll ever come to this cinema again.
