We went to see Joseph here. Beautiful, traditional theatre, just by Oxford Circus tube station. We were up at the front of the circle which were really good seats. Couldn’t find a program when we arrived but discovered a little kiosk selling merchandise on the way back down at the end. Friendly staff, good night out.

Fabulous experience. The staff, particularly managers Joe and Mike were so helpful and accommodating. They could not have done more for us last night, making our evening out to see Joseph just that bit more magic. Thanks guys!

Historic buildings. The view from the Royal circle is great. Be aware there are very few seats in the bar area as this gets crowded however service is really fast. There are a few stairs to climb but it's not hard .easy to get a cab in nearby Regent St

The London Palladium is a fantastic theatre, a great place to visit and the show was brilliant. I have been there many times, but have never sat in the Grand Circle and never would again as it was possibly the most uncomfortable theatre experience I have ever had. Yes, I know they are the cheap seats, but when you want to see a show and not pay well over £100 per ticket, you have to book less expensive. But less expensive should not mean you are in constant pain for 2 hours and completely unable to move! Anyone over about 5 ft 6 ins should seriously consider going elsewhere!! It' s such a shame as the view from the grand circle is great, but come on, this is the 21st century, surely something can be done about this!

Visited for the Joseph musical. Sheridan Smith was fantastic but Jason Donovan seemed to be out of form. However, the production was fine and the full house soaked up the atmosphere. Hats off to the conductor in the pits, he really gets into it!
