One of the worst management office. Amy - is terrible. She is so rude and does not know how to talk to residents. I understand that she might be busy, does not mean that she keep doing her work when I am patiently waiting for her to respond. She is so terrible and rude in behavior. We need to book an elevator to move stuff in the condos, which I understand. As a resident, I submitted the request 2 days ago. Even with multiple reminders, the booking was not approved. I can see in the portal that no other booking is in place during the period I have requested. I did ask the management office, and the response I get is, "We are very busy for this. If we get time we will approve! Otherwise there is nothing you can do." This is the statement from the management office. Do not come here unless you want to get frustrated in moving your stuff. I spoke to other residents here and everyone is frustrated with the management. I would have avoided this condo, had I known about the terrible management and their rude bossy behavior. I would say, look somewhere else, save your time and have a peaceful life.

Good apartments and units - management sucks, ridiculous rules and not worth the maintenance fee you pay. Over-rated.
