I love this place and frequent it often. I'm so glad there's an IMAX in this part of Maine! The staff is (almost) always friendly and helpful and the place is pretty clean. My biggest gripe is the popcorn. You can smell burnt popcorn every time you walk in this place. I still buy some when I'm there and most of it's fine. But not all of it. I should not consistently get some burnt popcorn when going to the theater, especially given the markup on concessions. But aside from that, it's a great local chain!

Some of the theaters are great, and some are suuuuper super tiny. We went down to see Ant Man & The Wasp the other day and sat in theater 8, which was ridiculously small. They have little kiosks that you can use to purchase tickets without having to stand in the ticket line. Sometimes the concessions are extremely slow. Management is good to customers if you should need them for anything.

Very clean as you walk in. The movie seats can use a little updating. The manager on shift was just wonderful. She was very helpful at all times.

If you can't catch a movie theater in Portland or Portsmouth, this is a good spot in between. The seats were comfortable, prices were fair and service was fast. The lobby could use a refresh, but you don't come here for the lobby experience - the 2D theater experience was fine.

Seating is decent. Snack counter was out if the promotional cups and the junior mints were melted into one large clump. The snack counter is the priciest part of going to the movies I expect everything to be fresh and of decent quality at the minimum for the excessive price
