As a nerd who keeps up to date with small indie films, this theater is a godsend. It's an arthouse theater, so don't bother with it if you want blockbuster movies with million dollar budgets out of your movie going experience (nothing wrong with that, this theater just isn't for you). The only issue I have with it is that it's not in the greatest condition, but it's not the biggest problem. I like the atmosphere has, it's a small movie theater crammed in the tiny space they could get in a mall. It sort of gives me this warm feeling of "We're just a bunch of film fans making due with what we could.", if that makes sense. I find the smallness pretty cozy in a way. Of course because of that however, the screens are very small along with that, but that seems like it's just Dipsons style. I'm used it from going to their other theaters.

Comfy seats. Shows mostly artsy movies. Good prices. The best popcorn!

Soft seats are quite comfortable, easy parking access, good projection and sound. Fifteen minutes of trailers pretty consistent.

I love that you can see a movie that's a little different. Such a nice theater, always clean.

The film selection is great. The popcorn is delicious with real butter. The staff is polite and professional.
