Very nice room, wonderful hosts, best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B

Good Accommodations, Great Breakfast. Perfect location.

2017 update: The breakfast is still amazing but it's now mainly buffet with one item coming straight from the kitchen. Fresh fruit, orange juice, fresh bread including an amazing Italian bread, hot veggies, potatoes, meat, cold cheese and ham, something direct from the kitchen and then a special dessert. I couldn't even eat all of it. It's not the quantity but the quality of the food with fresh ingredients created by a cook from Italy. Breakfast served al fresco on the porch on nice days. Rooms are charming. We've stayed in two different rooms and both were comfortable with outdoor seating for nice days. Maid service daily, small refrigerators available. Carlota and Kash are charming helpful hosts. We have stayed here for several years. The stairs are historic and narrow so if you have difficulty walking try the first floor.

Just returned from another wonderful visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada. There is so much to love about NOL, including our favorite place to stay - La Toscana di Carlotta, a B&B extraordinaire! Carlotta and Kash, our B&B hosts, are warm and welcoming, making us feel very much at home. Their gracious hospitality includes breakfast fit for royalty, including "dulce" - delectable, irresistible breakfast desserts. The rooms are comfy and well-appointed; the gardens are lovely for snacking and reading; and the Shaw Theaters, good restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance. We've already reserved our dates for 2018!

Continues to offer one of he best central locations with warm, attentive service and outstanding breakfasts very artfully prepared from locally grown food. Sublime exception are croissants flown in fresh from France which will tell you in a nanosecond what the difference is between North American and French croissants. Sunshine (Tuscan) yellow walls and accessories in rooms which are adequate in size like most B & B's in town. Dining on front terrace amidst garden delightful. Off street parking next to side entrance very convenient. Hosts with great bon homme.
