Excellent service and advice. My pool was cloudy so I brought my water in for testing. I followed their instructions and now the pool looks great.

Absolutely no accountability, they will not take responsibility for damage caused by their work. I wouldn't endorse this company under any circumstances, there are much better options in North Bay.

I’ve been getting Southside to service my pool for several years. Their staff are so friendly and they do great work. Highly recommend!!

Very helpful, answered all questions and concerns. No pressure and kept to the product and prices we were interested in.

2 years ago we had our pool installed with no issues. We decided to use them to close our pool for the winter for warranty purposes in case anything went wrong. When they came back last year in the spring to open our pool we came home to nothing being done and no phone call. They took the winter cover off the pool and that was it. We looked closer at the pool and we noticed the pool caved in at the skimmer location. We called them and the owner came out to further investigate. He said our deck around the pool caused the pool to cave in at that location. They said it would not be covered under warranty and to fix the pool we would have to replace the entire pool at a cost of $3000. Our deck which is quite large did not shift at all. We called the insurance company and they sent out a pool engineer to further investigate. The pool engineer also said our deck did not shift and it was from the pool not being properly closed. What happened was they plugged the skimmer so water could not escape the pool during the freeze thaw cycle. When water gets built up in the skimmer and freezes, it creates a week spot under the skimmer in the wall. The liner tightens and and the water block in the skimmer freezes with the water in the pool and causes the wall to cave in. The skimmer was was suppost to not be plugged to let the water escape so a ice block could not form in the skimmer. We were told this happened to 10 other people. Unfortunately we did not have the money to take this further or to replace our year old pool. We had to hammer the wall out and put a support under the skimmer. We closed the pool ourselves this year and left the skimmer unplugged and guess what? No issues!!!! Southside took no responsibility to replacing the pool they installed and closed for the winter. I will never use them again nor recommend them.
