For 14 years now I've had my taxes prepared by H&R Block at this location. The first time was the most complex because I had just returned to Canada after 12 years living in the US. After their exemplary service, I've returned (ha ha) each year, always satisfied with the value and expertise they offer.

I've had my taxes done here twice. The first time was 4 years and the second time was last month for 2016. I walked in 15 minutes before close and the woman made sure they got done and was very pleasant. Kind of pricey is my only complaint.

I've been going to H&R block for 10 years now. I was at this specific location last year where I paid a lot of unnecessary money (mind you I had just finished post-grad) to have my taxes filed with very little return. I called today as a preemptive measure to see how much I was going to have to pay today as I have noticed they like to inform you of the astronomical price AFTER they've filed the tax and you're contractually bound. The lady that I spoke to at this location was dismissive and RUDE. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me I cannot. I persisted in asking why I was unable to speak to the manager until she finally stated that the manager was yet in. I concluded the conversation by saying "that was all I wanted to know, thank you" and hung up. I see why this place has rather LOW ratings. Loyalty to a company DOES NOT guarantee their loyalty to you... even after 10 years.

HIGHLY suggest never going here. WORST customer service experience, and VERY rude employees.

Here now waiting to pick up taxes. One person here and cannot locate my files. No secretary up front. Could have looked through others personal files that were left out in the open in the waiting area. When I have tried calling in the past my phone calls were not returned. I will not be taking my business here anymore.
