Extremely poor service from male “Manager” on August 20, 2018 at 5:46pm. I called to advise that I did not receive the marinara sauce with the Parmesan bites. He apologized and offered a credit for marinara sauce only, so we were stuck eating dry Parmesan bites. This is what bothered me: He further suggested that I made the mistake ordering via online or that it was not included. I offered to email him a screenshot as evidence that it was ordered via the app. I then asked to speak to Manager, he said he was the Manager. I asked for his name, but he refused to provide his name. So I told him that he was not being transparent and that I would send my complaints to the owner and Domino’s Head Office. It’s not surprising that this location has so many recent and bad reviews. I wonder if there’s been a change of management or ownership. We are moving on to Pizza Hut!!

Went to the Domino's in Oakville at Trafalgar and Dundas for the $3.50 medium pizza promotion. I was the next person in line to order when I heard the manager tell the cashier to take the sign off window and that they wouldn't do any more promotional pizzas. I was extremely disappointed that the situation was not handled better. They should have notified us when they were running low and "cut off the line earlier". Instead they began to make excuses -- only the first 500 pizzas (which was NOT in the sign or online description), then they claimed to be out of pizza supplies (but were willing to take REGULAR PRICED ORDERS), and then the guy said they were out of PIZZA BOXES. Truly amazed by the number of excuses that came in a span of 5 minutes. Very disappointed in how the situation was handled. Will never order from that location again.

The pizza was burnt and instead of replacing or giving me a refund, the manager told me I didnt know anything about the pizza. I was offended and the service was terrible
