I went into H&R block skeptical considering my experience in Georgetown was terrible. However, my parents were raving about how great the Orangeville location was. Upon calling I was greeted by Ed who delivered amazing customer service, he answered all my questions and eased my scepticism. I was so fortunate as I owed money from my previous tax years (I didn't really look into why), however Ed did! Now I'm going to save money by getting the right forms in for a re-assessment. Thanks so much to Ed at H&R block, Orangeville.

I was connected with Debbie through a friend who got her taxes done at the Orangeville location. My friend was thoroughly impressed with Debbie and her detailed explanation of the process and deductions. My friend told me this and I called to make an appointment with Debbie. I was equally impressed and pleased with Debbie's patience, level of communication and explanation of my tax return. Mona was the admin, managing the front desk, she was also a pleasure to deal with and very pleasant and helpful on the phone. I'd highly recommend this location and specifically Debbie for processing your tax return. I will be getting my taxes done at this location going forward.

I was very impressed with how my tax problems were handled by Heather H. She was very professional and went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. Will do more business with this location.

The staff member who filed my tax return was excellent and very friendly. She went above and beyond to take care of all my needs, and chatted with me during the process. She made my H&R Block appointment the best I have ever experienced, and I will be happy to return to H&R Block.
