Staff were really nice and knowledgeable. Lots of Canadian product and great selection from very old fashioned to modern. Don't bring a stroller though, hard to manoeuvre.

Great store. Great staff. Really know their stuff and really good at understanding what it is that you are looking for.

Service was really good and love the furniture. It did take 11 weeks which was fine however the area rug that was ordered is too small for the room. When I called about it, I simply wanted to return it and buy the same one in a larger size but was told no. I was willing to upsale for a bigger one and they don't care whether you're satisfied or not. Also, the delivery is expensive and it's not the great service they lead you to believe. All the furniture was taken out of boxes in the truck. One delivery person was in such a hurry he just plunked the coffee table down in a hurry and took a chunk out of our brand new wood floors. Then he was angry because we asked to have the carpet put down. After they have your money, they don't care if your satisfied.

Not worth the drive esp when the salesperson then tells you they don't deliver to Thornhill ? - really ? Such very poor customer service. Salesperson in the leather store could hardly get off her chair to serve us and when she did her sales skills were so poor she told who the competition were (thanks they were lovey really helpful) and spent more time telling us why we need to buy the insurance (must be a good commission on that product) than what are the selling points to buy the leather sofa. You can get the same prices in our local store so why bother driving so far ? What is a factory authorized sale ? Its no cheaper than buying in a regular store on sale.
