Great deals and friendly service! The assistant manager Vicky is so helpful and very patient, thanks again for your time and help picking out a air conditioner at closing time. Sorry for holding you up. I will be back and sure to let others know that this is a great store to shop at!

Great location. Friendly staff. Cleaner store and friendlier management then in the past who go above an beyond. Just make sure you bring a receipt or proof of purchase and they will help you out.

Be very careful what you buy. This stuff is "refurbished" remember. Never had any issues with staff, just products. Why they give you 10 days to return. As far as staff not knowing about items, I know more than most about electronics so I'm used to them not knowing.

First off I will NOT be returning to this store, My Husband and I were in looking around as we have never been before. During our time there we noticed the manager was very rude not only to customers but especially to her employees. I'm not sure if Blue shirt means management or seniority but whatever that girl was she was ignorant. We decided not to buy anything and just left. We ended up going to the Ajax store which was much friendlier and better maintained. You could hear her talking poorly about the employees even when she was in the back, I'm truly sorry to those who need to put up with that. RUDE RUDE RUDE... I will make sure to spread my thoughts on Factory Direct in Oshawa... When we got home we were just in utter disbelief that a company allows this. Absolutely unacceptable!

Extremely rude brunette staff member. Annoyed tone and bored facial expression Clearly new as she didn’t have a shirt yet. Made it seem like sweeping was more important. Asked her where the vacuum on sale was she pointed in a general area and stated an aisle number. Would give 0 stars if I could. Never want to return. Everyone else was pleasant and friendly. Note to management everyone else was nice. Except her.
