I found used travel trailer at Town and Country RV. As I was from southwestern Ontario I drove 6 1/2 hours to pick up the trailer. Shawn had the unit ready to go when I arrived. I was taken through a thorough crash course on the trailer by Victor while Dan and Jayden set up my weight distribution hitch. The organization and friendliness of everyone there made the purchase a pleasant experience. Unfortunately for all of us, the trailer had some water damage that I didn't notice until I brought it all the way home. Shawn and Dan were quick help me. The dealership drove down to my location and picked up the trailer right away. After discussion on the work needed to repair the unit, Marcel refunded me for the purchase of the trailer. The integrity of this dealership is evident through their dedication to customer satisfaction and the happiness of their employees. Thanks guys!

Very Disappointing!!!! The two Gentlemen that work here are very unorganized . I made the appointment over a week before   and was left beside the road for an hour waiting for some to show and open  and that not the half of it. When I get there my trailer I order was not even there had to drive across town to pick it up not big problem right just drove over 4 hrs to get there and now I,ve got to drive cross town to get my trailer .then get there and fine out that my new that is 31500.00 trailer has some problem broken light and scratches on the paint, brand new trailer mind you and was told would have to come back or they would send me the things I need to fix it  in the mail and I would have to have to get it fixed  hello it a brand new trailer . then drive back across town to find that they had double book client and would have to  wait on problem right ok I like the trail a lot saw y not wait .then Shawn finaly get minute to help and tells me that my new trailer is not sitting right and says not a problem sends me down the road to the Honda 4 wheeler dealer to help with my problem and want to pay for it cool right .I get there and find out the team has no tools to be able to help me ok no problem will go back to the dealer and Shawn tells me it will be ok till get home .ok finaly ready to sign paper work and then was told there was some problem with my trade in it not what they wanted to give me because trailer has problems .I just want to let you know I bought this trailer form them two and half years ago for 8500 and was told over the phone and in in emails that would get  anywhere from 5500 to6500 $ for trade in .then get together and try to tell me it going to cost 2000 to 3500 fix the floor(got quoted at another dealer 1000 max.after the deal fell though) saw now it 230 pm and got there at now 8am and got to drive back. saw I said to ok shawn well meet me half way y want to give 4500 and you told time and time again trailer unseen 5500 to 6500 saw give 5000 and it a deal .Was told no deal ok not a problem right just spent 250$ on gas and 12 hrs of my time. My  point being is that why would you make me go though all this trouble if the deal was not a deal .What kind f people would do that to someone . I hope this help. please beware of these people .they are salesmen at there best !!!  if you know what mean. shop around .I made the mistake of trusting these men ,what ever you do shop around save your self a lot of heads pain .thanks for your time mark Answer: Hey marcel thanks for calling a lair good business men do that right !!!!!!Coming form a man I never talk too !!!! Hi have bought three trailers from Shawn and Marcel we have bee treated amazing each time as our trailer needs changed . The whole team has treated us very well . I would highly recommend anyone buying a trailer from these very knowledgeable folks . I’ve also recently bought a truck from Marcel and once again have been treated with upmost respect and honesty. I will continue to spread the word aboit these guys . I’ve dealt with other trailer companies and rate this place as the best around in my books As for there service it has far exceeded my expectations for example last fall while using my unit I had some trouble with our water heater and Dan there head service guy was sent out to get me fixed up .ive never heard of any other dealer doing this . Rest easy folks these guys will have you covered . Thanks guys for all your hard work on all my crazy deals your the best . Kevin Merrigan
