They lie about the times to do annual drug testing. Testing ends at 430 even though MUST website says 5pm. Will be lodging a complaint and looking into legal recourse.

The entire staff could use a training in kindness and hospitality. I get that they have to do physicals and urinalysis cases for many companies, but they are not kind at all. I have to go their annually from my company for a few things. The doctor I went to last year for my entry physical was very dramatic when I mentioned having a history of depression and I had to wait several weeks to get cleared (at a potential risk of losing out on the job I just got) for an evaluation by a therapist because of him. It was the line of questioning and attitude that concerned me. Going there this past Friday, I was greeted by a lady with little emotional response at the window and did my urinalysis with another lady who was not friendly and seemed as if she had to be there. It's nice to go to a doctor's office where the employees seem to care. This isn't it. And if the other 5 reviews don't give it away, I don't know what does. Since people have to go there, the least they can do is try to be more kind and interested in the lives of the people that walk through their doors. Wish I had a second option, because this would not be the place I'd go.

This place is slow I had an appointment and was literally there for 11/2 hours just to pee in a cup and get a physical!
