I really enjoy the professionalism that exists at Campkins. Layer that with the friendly staff it's a great place to work with. We bought a trailer last year from Jamie. He was patient and extremely helpful. Recently we had a mishap with our trailer. Alyssa in service was great. Not only did she fit us in for a quick repair but she helped us through the steps of the cost with no problems. Our experience has been great from research, to buying, to service. We would never go anywhere else for our RV needs.

This is my second time buying a trailer but my first time buying from this RV place. It has by far been the best and most smoothest transaction. From the start with Jamie my sales person he was very informative and not pushy at all. He would show us then leave so my wife and I could talk. He was also very caring about if my family were comfortable while I was dealing with the financial part. Then just the detail of showing me around the trailer and even helping me buy stuff I would need. I will never go anywhere else and I would recommend campkins’s to anyone! Now it’s time to go injoy our new travel trailer!!!!!

Would rate 0 if I could. When the sales rep found out we were shopping for a trailer at another dealership, the potential sale went belly up. Sadly, the sales rep focused more on slagging off other RV dealers and how they run their businesses than trying to sell us a trailer. Perhaps he was having a bad day, which I can be sympathetic to.....to an extent. At the end of our time with him, he asked us for personal information. I provided our name, email address and phone number, but not our address. The sales rep said if a customer doesn’t want to give you their adress, they don’t like you. And they’re not the customers we’re looking for. Yikes....potential sale went right into the garbage.
