I only went for a stylus, works great! Found it quickly lots of people if you have questions. Hundreds of items in stock many well known brands available. Good place to go!

Big store. Staff seem friendly but you better hope you don't need something once you pass the entrance because it's impossible to find someone to help you. Especially during busier times. When you do find someone, they won't know how to help you so they'll send you to another area to get help. Except they won't have a member of that department there and you're stuck waiting some more. Also, their laptop department is strictly there to make money. They'll sell you whatever they can, regardless of needs. They know you want a laptop but not what one? They'll give you the most expensive. You want a cheap one? They don't care about the specs, they'll guess if you're computer can run it and then sell you whatever they think your highest price point is.

Within the ten minutes I had been in the store I had five different polite employees kindly offer help. Refreshing! (Visit: July 10th approx 5:30pm)

Really knowledgable laptop sales guy. Gave a small discount to my son so he could afford the one he wanted.

I was greeted by the store greeter a very freindly hello and “ How can I help you? “ because the store is overwhelming and I looked lost. The greeter pointed me in the right direction and called for a staff member to meet me there. Great, now I feel like I can do this, as I am totally out of element here. A lovely young lady named Deanna. She was extremely knowledgeable about her department and what she was selling. She was polite, courteous, and respectful, to my questions. As I had many because I am Not up with the latest contraptions on there. Well as luck has it I got one that didn’t synchronize with my apparatus. It wasn’t me. So I had to return to the store # 959 was greeted once again by a very pleasant man who sent me off in the right direction. “Returns”. There I meet Aidan again, as he cash me out yesterday. He was genuinely concerned with my predicament. I was told to go and get another one and bring it back to him, and he would call some one from the department in the meantime. So I bought the new one to him and he tried to open the box. One on is going to steal that item it is in there like Fort Knox. Aidan got it open, and with the help from and very nice employee they got it working. I was ecstatic, I went in there with the item and the receipt no box or cord. Aidan was gracious enough to let me get a new one. He just took the cord he needed and gave me the rest and the new box. Aidan was courteous, well mannered, compassionate, personable, and accommodating. Aidan also was humorous which I found to be a very good way to relax while they were working on my device. Praying it was no my device that had the problem. Deanna and Aidan the greeter and the employee that helped get it working (sorry I didn’t get your name), to the delightful cashier Val. My whole experience was enjoyable, I appreciated all the service I got. I found the people I came in contact with to be the epitome of what a salesperson should be. You are lucky to have six such people working for you. Christine
