Amazing Service and Knowledge - I found Audio Excellence online when I was looking for a specific amplifier. I spoke to Jay on the phone and felt confident ordering online from this company. What amazing service. We exchanged a few emails and I had the amplifier sitting in my home in PEI two days after placing my order. I even live in a rural area. My shipping was also upgraded to a different carrier, as Jay thought it was a better option. I was really pleased. Communication was fantastic. Jay obviously has a great deal of knowledge in all things audio and in the future I would not hesitate to order from Audio Excellence again.

I highly Recomend Audio Excellence to every one who wants to enjoy crystal clear sound of the music, because these guys, they know what they are doing. They know what brands goes well with each other to get the best quality of the sound following your taste of music. knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Their services are amazing and fast. They are always Uptodate. Their prices are very good. Two years ago I've got my system from them and this year I fully upgrade my system. Both times I was very happy with the deals, service and quality I've got. Thanks to Adrian for smart advises he gave it to me from the day first and he saved a lot of dollars for me. I enjoy every second of listening to my music plus I found very good friends.

I took the plunge and mad a big system upgrade. I dealt with Adrian very pleasant to talk with, many years of experience in the Hi Fi business and very professional. He has a great staff, Philip and Jay were equally helpful and knowledgeable. They made my experience a very good one and definitely looking forward to a long relationship with Audio Excellence.

I don't want to be completely negative so first the positive. The staff is knowledgeable, take time to show you around and they have excellent selection of equipment new and used. Now the bad. I bought a pair of used speaker stands at Audio Excellence. The stands were missing the spikes but they assure me that by the following week they will have the spikes ready for me to pick-up. After a trip back to the store and two calls (3 weeks in total), No Spikes! During my last call I ask for them to either find other spikes or provide a partial refund so I can buy them myself. Their response was: "Sorry, I have spend so much time looking for them, we moved to our current location recently and we still have items in boxes. You got a a good deal, so you shouldn't complain" and the guy HANG UP on me. If you are thinking of spending thousands of dollars at Audio Excellence, Good Luck, they may not honor their promises. I'm in the hunt for an amplifier, but I will be spending my $5K plus somewhere else and I am never coming back. There are plenty of great high end stores in the GTA. UPDATE: I exchanged a few emails with Adrian Low. Apparently the stands were sold to me by one of his employees (his stands) and not the store, even that they were physically in the store’s and I conducted my transaction in there. Anyway, Adrian was very disturbed by the situation and offer to give me a full refund or to pay for the spikes.

Adrian is patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire demo and purchasing process. He is knowledgeable, and committed as far as my experience goes to excellence -- in sales, installation, and service. He is also honest. What more could you want from a high-end stereo store!!
