I BOUGHT an epson xp530 and in june i bought a cartridge and it would not work, kept getting error message. They sent me a new black cartridge and it seemed to work, I moved and did not use machine for 2 months, pulled it out and low and behold would not work and I assumed cartridges dry. bought $104 worth of cartridges and same error message, company wanted to send me more cartridges that takes 5-7 business days and i need a printer like yesterday. Then i was told after trying all ways to reset it was told the hard drive was gone. My extended warranty i bought had expired and i need to purchase a new printer, i would get a discount, wow 15% off of $50.00 They made ME pay for shipping on it and it came to the 15% of course. They would not wave the shipping or expedite it without charging another $30. I feel so ripped off that that do not stand behind their products if they new this machine had a hard drive history of problems they should have exchanged it last time it would not work. Now I have $104 worth of ink that are not going to work in new product they recommended. Customer service was pleasant enough but their hands were tied. REALLY????? No standing behind their product. Not sure why I am bothering to have new one sent that will take 5-7 business days to get and I will have left the country once again. Furious does not truly express how I feel about this. Never again and cannot recommend at all. Linda

When you see "in stock" on the Epson Canada store, I learned the hard way that it is in stock in the USA. When you place the order, they issue a shipping label and charge your card, but then the tracking number just shows "Shipping Label Created" for days your order gets sent to Canada in a bulk shipment. Once it gets to Canada, the bulk shipment gets split into the individual shipments and your tracking number finally goes live. Do not order from them if you need it quickly. It will be 6 days or more according to their customer service department.

Do not buy an Epson printer. Due to a firmware update they no longer recognize ink cartridges that I've been using for months. Their only solution is to buy Epson ink cartridges, which are way more expensive. They don't provide a way to reset the printer to the previous firmware version.

The worst products on the market. I purchased the Epson ES-400 scanner and the ET-4550 Print with scan and Fax and the experience has been terrible. I have error messages that come up every 1 to 2 weeks. the scanner always has error message not able to connect with scanner printer also saying check ink levels and needs trouble shooting all the time. I call in to support and they have me uninstalling the software and installing them back and same errors persist and new problems arise. Epson tech support solution is to return the device back as it seems to them a hardware problem,.. but this would now be my 3rd return in less then 6 months. As a business owner don't put yourself through the headaches and time wasted on nonsense issues. Frustrating! Speaking honestly this is a terrible device and not reliable at all. I spent over $1,000 and it is money lost.

Their order processing system has to be the WORST I have ever encountered. Tried to purchase a projector for $3000 including tax through the order desk to try and use two cards. They told me they could not process an order this way and advised to process online. I proceeded to process online with one credit card which apparently did go through. Got an Email the next day saying the order was cancelled, but I checked online to see if my credit card was processed and it had said it was COMPLETED and the funds were gone. I called Epson to see what had happened and they mentioned the billing information was incorrect. I proceeded to give them the billing information and instead of changing the first pre-authorization for the existing transaction, they tried to run the whole order through again. The transaction failed, so assuming they would not be charging the first card, I gave them a second card which was processed as COMPLETED again on my online credit card portal. The next day the second order was CANCELLED!!! I am now out $6000.00 on two credit cards combined and am having to get them to fax the banks that the orders did not go through so they can clear the funds for processing again. I have NEVER dealt with a card payment processing system like this before. Most organizations would put a preauthorization on the amount and verify the billing information under the same order. They do not do this! All I can say is, ensure you put in the correct information when ordering online or you will be stuck without the use of your credit card for up to 7 days per transaction without them even processing the order fully.
