I've had nothing but the best customer service experience with this store and their staff. They are truly amazing and extremely accommodating. Highly recommended.

Nothing but pleasant experience with these people. They offer really fair prices on cash sales and I find their 90 day buyout option to actually be really reasonable.. its a great option if you don't want to drop all the cash in one spot. Excellent helpful staff as well, keep up the great work guys!

I purchased a washer and dryer from them a little over a year ago. Instead of paying monthly payments over the course of a year or two I chose to pay it off in a couple months. Somehow by doing this I ended up voiding the warranty. Around 10 months of buying the set the dryer started to act up. Believing I had a warranty, (as I was told at the time of purchase) I called the store. I was told multiple times that they would look into their repair company and call me back. This went on for about 3 conversations. No one ever called me back! On the final conversation I was referred to as the one who got a great deal! $ 1000 for a used washer and dryer is not a good deal but I wanted the warranty. I was then told that I did not have a warranty at all! Now my dryer is trash. The washer is sub par. And I have to buy another dryer! I hope you enjoyed my money. This place is full of crocks!
