Xplorenet should really not use this company at all. By association will Audiosaurus they will loose so many customers. He is rude, argumentative and is really not prepared to be asked any questions. I will never use this company or deal with them at all.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company ever. They were suppose to hook up my internet as a sub contractor for Xplornet. I paid 99$ for installation. After they had finished I still had no service. The owner(John), who was ignorant and rude told me he would not come back out unless I paid him. Even when Xplornet gave this company another work order they refused to come back out unless I paid them. John told me it would be my brand new router that was causing the problems. Another company came, fixed the problems (there were a few - none of which were the router). I had internet within 45 minutes. The other company asked who had done the install and were not surprised at the poor quality and issues.

Horrible service and poor attitude. Worst company ever! Doesn't come out but thinks he knows everything from Google maps and doesn't remember that we used his business last year to get a Tower.. which since then all of his employees have quit because he is such an angry person! Xplornet should not have him representing their service!

John Kostecky is a liar and a cheat, targeting senior citizens!! Xplornet should be embarrassed to have him represent their EXCELLENT service and I hope they find another supplier. BE Warned - do not believe a word he says. Oh, and his "store front" is a smelly dank cellar.

John Kostesky is a stalking, racist, alcoholic, slum-lord. If you value your mind, time and wallet; you will stay far far away from this man, his apartments and his so-called businesses.
