If you haven't been then you must go. No words to describe this shopping experience. This is truly a unique store. This is only a pick up and pay location. Order on line or at their regular box store and pick up here. You'll love the stores, love the items, love the people (it's Canada how can you not love the people:) love the prices. Great fun, go!

Denise! Best customer service ever! So professional, understanding and friendly. The place is full with very good materials in reasonable prices. I wish I can remember the other staff member. He's tall 😅. Also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your house hardware.

Honestly, its IKEA. What's not to love! Lol We ended up buying a new bedroom set. I was thrilled that they had it in stock at the pick up store. Found some other great items too. Staff were friendly, helpful and always available. Can we just get a full size store in Niagara already!! Lol

Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable kitchen support. We got FANTASTIC advice from Allison - she was able to walk us through a decision we're making, and we really appreciate the insight she gave us.

Ordered my kitchen here and found a couple of things pretty frustrating. Ordering extra things that you discover you need means $20 per item fee. And the kitchen “expert” made a mistake with the under cabinet lighting - it required a different power supply than she ordered. Yes, they would order me the right one for no fee, but I’d have to wait. And it takes several days.
