We had such a great experience shopping for our furniture. Jessica helped us find just the right furniture and helped us with style and colour combinations. She provided us with so many options such as leg and seat styles for the dining room set we bought. The options were at times overwhelming but Jessica helped us work through it. She was extremely helpful and patient. A designer pro! If you are looking for furniture, shop in this store. The service and furniture are amazing!

Everything is fine unless there is no problems phoned them a few weeks ago and they have not return my call or fixed the problem. They got their money so I guess they are happy. But I not with the table and chairs I paid 2000.00 dollars for. I have got furniture there before and had no complaints I guess that the way they deal with customers as long as you don't complain they will talk to you.

All fine and dandy while they are selling you the furniture. The problems come a year after. When you move and discover that the furniture is actually broken when it was assembled. Things that should have been caught by the assembly team. Then the store says, "Sorry out of Warranty." Or when you are thinking about buying an entire bedroom set when you have the money but are convinced by a sales person to by part of it now because they will call you when and if the set is to be discontinued. Well now I have half a bedroom set and the other half is discontinued. I have a bed that requires multiple repairs, and two stools for my table that are basically garbage. Never shop here. If you like their stuff just order it yourself from the manufacturer. Definitely don't let them assemble the furniture for you. And definitely don't let the delivery drivers leave without FULLY inspecting everything. Better yet, just don't shop here. Learned my lesson the hard way. Spent about 10,000 here and they don't care to treat me with respect. Once you hand them your money they are done with you.

Spoke to two individuals here and both were amazing! They were so patient and friendly even though we had a never ending list of questions. They were very knowledgeable with everything we asked and definately cared about customer satisfaction. Great place and would recommend to anybody!
