I am an extremely satisfied Critelli's customer. Beyond the great quality and pricing, plus a home visit to finalize my purchases (rugs, a table lamp, artificial trees), there was such genuine warmth and helpfulness among those who assisted me. Many thanks to Naveed (for his expertise on rugs) and to Juanita and Dina (for design inputs). You all made my day today with these wonderful deliveries. Thank you to Bonnie as well who, without an ounce of hesitation, carried four artificial trees from the basement storage to the main floor on my first visit - just so I could have a proper look at the items... Great job, Critelli's!

I am a new customer to Critelli’s Fine Furniture, recently purchasing new leather living room furniture. Not only was Critelli’s staff, Melanie, Dina and owner Joe, professional and accommodating, during the sales process but they ensured my purchase was the perfect choice for my needs with no pressure or gimmicks. I look forward to dealing with Critelli’s for future furnishing purchases. Thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with James. He is a graduate of design, including having an innate wealth of knowledge of house and home construction. James is an easy, respectful designer to work with. I will enjoy my new seating. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a couch from Critelli’s furniture. Our experience from beginning to end was beyond expectation. Prior to visiting the store, I had talked with Julia about the style of couch we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Upon arriving at the store, Julia had already arranged options for us to look at. We had LOVED what she had picked out. We also loved that we were able to customize the fabric and colour of the couch, and again Julia was very insightful about what would look best given our style and colour scheme. Our delivery was estimated to be 8 weeks, however it had arrived within 5-6 weeks! Critelli’s had notified us (the lady who called was very polite and professional - though I don’t know her name) and were able to set up a delivery within 2-3 business days. Delivery was on time, fast and efficient. We definitely plan on returning to Critelli’s in the near future. Thanks again to all the staff, Brooke

Our order had some unexpected delays however we were able to work with Julia to come up with some great solutions and in the end everything went wonderfully and we could not be more happy with the great service recieved as well as the furniture. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and I would highly recommend them.
